DTLR Radio always wants to provide a positive experience and will consider all inquiries individually. You must contact sales@DTLRradio.com to initiate a return authorization.
If I buy an item online from DTLRradio.com, can I return it to one of the DTLR retail stores?
Unfortunately, no not at this time, all purchases from www.DTLRRadio.com can only be returned to DTLR Radio.
What if I have a damaged item or something different from what I ordered?
If you received the wrong product, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact sales@DTLRradio.com within 5 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem. In these rare cases, we will cover return shipping. We will reship the item if available or refund you in full.
Why am I only allowed to place 4 items in my cart for some orders?
Due to sales reporting requirements, you can purchase no more than 4 CD copies per customer’s name & IP address. If you end up purchasing more than 4 copies of any of these releases then, we will have to cancel your order and refund you your money.
